This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on Local Krave’s website and our apps for iPhone, Android and any other devices and platforms.
Information we collect
New Local Krave accounts are created with a phone number and verification code sent to your phone.
We also ask for your name so that we can identify you and contact you with information regarding orders you place through our services.
You may optionally add the make and model of your vehicle to your account to make the drive-up ordering service easier to identify you, though it is not required.
Phone numbers are only used for logging in and if we need to contact you directly to inform you of any issues regarding your orders.
We don’t sell any of your information. You can change your information at any time in your profile within the app.
We store information about your orders so we can provide better recommendations and analytze your order history and allow you to save your favorite items from the menu.
We use Stripe to handle payments. This means we do not store sensitive credit card information, but we do maintain the last four digits of any payment method you add to the Local Krave application, expiration date/month and store which payment method is used as your default.
Stripe also requires information about your phone number and apps installed on the device in order to ensure secure and successful payment.
We also store the phone number you provided, along with your user ID from our database in Stripe in order to know who you are and to be able to link your in-app activity to your Stripe customer information.
If you enable notifications, we must store a token to send them. We never use notifications for marketing.
If you upload files to Local Krave, we need to store them until you delete them.
